Plant & Equipment Hire: Our plant and equipment list is detailed in the ‘plant & equipment hire’ section of the website. The plant and equipment that MXV Construction dry hire is of the best quality and is personally selected by Michael. The maintenance is also of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on treating our plant and equipment as if we were using it on our own home.

Quality, Safety and Environmental Support including any risk assessment based tasks such as advice, ongoing management, or monitoring of environmental incidents, or environmental education to staff such as presentation of the environmental management plans or inductions. 

Development Applications (DA), Material Change of Use Applications (MCU) and Environmentally Relevant Activities (ERA) administered under State legislation including any supporting information required such as reports can be developed and applied for including all correspondence between regulators until applications are approved.

An Environmental Management System can be developed to help integrate environmental management plans, systematic planned environmental monitoring using simple checklists and internal auditing system to check management techniques and provide environmental compliance  into your business.

Environmental Management Plans can be developed which will be tailored to specific construction requirements of your business. All risks will be identified using the risk assessment process and will incorporate management actions to mitigate these risks.

Environmental Monitoring undertaken includes groundwater and surface water monitoring, noise and vibration monitoring, and air sampling. This work includes relevant data collected, and reporting on the results against either legislation or criteria as well as identification and mitigation for all levels that are non compliant.
